At the SCAA Coffee show in April two new products received enthusiastic response. The first was a modestly priced instrument for moisture analysis of coffee --- The
Hand-Held Coffee Moisture Pro. It measures green and parchment coffee with a moisture and temperature reading in seconds. The second product which won
Best New Product of the 2009 SCAA Exhibition is a coffee color measuring instrument called the
